- Aligning project proposals with core business objectives and strategic goals.
- Facilitate the development and co-ordination of projects, improve process effectiveness and prepare major important reports for the clients.
- Analyze the individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and work on them to improve the overall KPI of the project.
- Prepare standard documents and templates for project proposals, business cases, resource plans, quality assessment and other matters for project co-ordination.
- Working with Operations Head / Project Managers for solving various issues related to effective resource utilization, major risks at projects
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good logical skills suitable for process design and project management.
